Marina Village

To deliver its aim of creating a genuine coastal ‘jewel’ for Cockburn and the community, Australand/Port Catherine Developments Pty Ltd and the City of Cockburn worked with the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) to amend the Port Coogee Marina Village Structure Plan.

Changes were based on improving housing options, delivering greater public access, and creating a strong foundation for future businesses.
